After inserting your e-liquid bottle, tilt the device and press and hold the button at the top – this activates a smart vacuum pump which pulls the liquid into the device’s 2ml pod. Then, all you have to do is take a puff from the mouthpiece for an authentic MTL (Mouth To Lung) inhale with discreet vapour production. Once the pod runs low, you can repeat the pumping process to top it up.

How To Set Up & Use The Zap! Instafill Kit
Prepare The E-liquid Bottle
Remove the small snap-fit lid from the bottom of the Instafill. Then, unscrew the cap and remove the rubber insert from the bottle to prepare it for installation.
Insert The E-Liquid Bottle
Insert the bottle into the kit with the opening facing upwards and then screw it into place with a few counter-clockwise turns using the cap. Re-insert the snap-fit lid underneath.
Prepare The Battery
Remove the battery from the device and remove the sticker, make sure you get all of it, otherwise, it could interrupt the connection.
Insert The Battery
Insert the battery into your Zap device with the connecting pins facing upwards, it should click into place.
Charge The Zap! Kit
Charge your kit before vaping using a USB-C cable. A full recharge from 0% should take around half an hour.
Fill Zap! Vape Pod
Hold your Instafill kit at an angle, with the mouthpiece facing downwards, and press the button next to the mouthpiece to fill the pod.
Prime The Instafill Coil
With your pod filled, leave your Zap! Kit standing upright for five minutes. This gives the e-liquid time to soak into the coil.
Vape The Zap! Kit
When the kit is ready, inhale on the mouthpiece to vape. Each puff causes the device to create a small amount of vapour for an MTL inhale.
